Description
Formed in 1986 we practise traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu, which focuses on effective close-quarters self-defence. Chelmsford Karate is not just about learning martial arts. It is a place of friendship. A place to find and meet new friends.
At Chelmsford Karate Club, we want to promote health throughout the local community, both in body and mind. We teach the art of karate in Chelmsford as a way to develop physical fitness and self-defence skills, improve mental well-being, and encourage relationships. Our ethos is that karate can be for everyone, and we want to bring our passion to you, giving you physical strength, mental strength, and long-lasting, strong friendships.
Our instructors have over 120 years’ combined experience training karate in Chelmsford and look forward to teaching you the subtle art of Okinawan Goju Ryu and welcoming you into the family.
