Description
At the Bujinkan Shizen Dojo in Histon, Cambridgeshire, we train in the Japanese martial art traditions of Dr Masaaki Hatsumi's Bujinkan Dojo. The techniques we study have been developed over more than 900 years ago, yet they are as effective as ever and applicable to daily situations.
You will thoroughly study unarmed and armed techniques using a variety of weapons.
Anyone aged 18+ in reasonable good health is welcome, first class is free.
